AOE winter Conference

I would like to thanks everyone at AOE and all the art teacher that put in the time to make videos for all of use.  I still watching all the video of all great stuff.  I feel really great to finish up the year.

Well they weather has been a mess and we been missing a bunch of school.  So when we do get to finish a project they will get posted. Stay tuned in. 

Need help with iPad

Ok my assistant principal gave me an iPad 1 to use in my art room.  

So I am wondering all those who have a iPad. How and what do you do with it in your art room. Please let me know. Thanks so much. 

Plastic snowmen

So one of my parents gave me "Dexter" like plastic aprons.  So I came cross the plastic bag monsters but they really didn't show you how to put them together.  So I winged it.  

So I had students cut up the plastic aprons gave them some yarn and had the tie knots around the plastic.  

Then we used model magic to make the nose and eyes.  And pipe cleaner from arms. 

They are pretty cute.  

Need to work out some of the knots in it. I made a funny.

Wire cubes

So I had my students make drawing using lines and shapes to make a design.  There drawing was done on a 8" square paper.  After that we took wire and they had to make a square then copying there drawing using the wire.  

4 students combined there projects to make a one wire sclputure.  They did a new job

Is this a thing of the past

Ok I am just wonder is there any life out there.  Are blogs the thing of the pass. Does anyone still look at these things.

Just my thought of the day.  

I know I haven't posted in a while. But I fell like no one looks my my blog beside Philly.
