Is this a thing of the past

Ok I am just wonder is there any life out there.  Are blogs the thing of the pass. Does anyone still look at these things.
Just my thought of the day.

I know I haven't posted in a while. But I fell like no one looks my my blog beside Philly.

I'm subscribed to your blog in my Feedly account. I know what you mean, I have not updated my blog for months.

If it comes up in my blog reading list I read it. :)

I read it through feedly... it shows 28 other people do the same!

I also read it through feedly. Although lately I feel like I'm blogging to a brick wall!

I hope it's not a thing of the past. I am noticing significantly less commenting lately though, which is kind of a bummer. I try to comment when something is meaningful to me.

I always read your posts when they come upon my blog roll! :)

I have wondered about this myself for my own blog. I read people's blogs but I'm finding that I spend more time elsewhere and doing things in real time as well (meaning less time doing online interactions).

I'm glad you know that I visit your blog!

I do agree though; very few people leave comments any more so it's hard to know you've been visited. I'm always surprised when I read my stats to see the number of visitors I've gotten, since only a couple actually leave a comment. But I'm still posting, plugging along, hoping it makes a difference to someone. I do miss the dialogue. I think readers are lazier lately and go for the instant gratification of Facebook.

The art teacher Facebook page gets pretty lively sometimes, but I like the details of a blog post and the thought behind it better than the constant gripes on Facebook.

Keep posting, my friend; we are reading! And check your stats to see how many visitors you've actually gotten.

I've been way behind on blogging and reading since baby #2 arrived... 6 months ago! I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things. :)
